What kind of work can I send through the ticketing system?

You can submit requests for website builds, landing pages, plugin fixes, custom development, performance improvements, app development, hosting issues, or even simple text/image swaps. If your client needs it done online, we can handle it.

Most of our agency partners prefer to keep ticketing internal, but we support either approach. If you want your clients to submit directly, you can give them a branded intake form link or set up a shared inbox. We’ll still follow your protocols and reply only under your agency name unless told otherwise.

We offer both. Some agencies prefer fixed-price packages for website builds or landing pages. Others prefer hourly billing for flexible workloads. You only pay for the work you approve, no subscriptions, no surprise invoices.

Most requests are handled in 1–3 business days depending on size. Urgent tickets (like site issues or client emergencies) are moved to the top of the queue. You’ll always see your ticket status and can request a priority flag if needed.

All communication happens inside the support ticket thread or via email. This keeps everything in one place and avoids dropped messages. For larger projects, we’re available for quick calls or Zoom meetings as needed.

Not unless you want them to. We operate entirely white label. We don’t watermark files, leave credits in code, or contact your clients unless you specifically arrange it. Your brand stays front and center.
