NFG is an insurance group based in South Carolina with a nationwide client base, primarily focused on serving the 65+ community by helping clients enroll in Medicare health plans that fill the financial gaps left by Original Medicare. Their services include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and standalone Part D prescription drug plans

The Problem
The agency needed a modern website that speaks plainly to seniors and caregivers, explains options without jargon, and routes visitors to a simple “get a quote / talk to an agent” flow. The previous web presence didn’t present offerings clearly, lacked consistent calls to action, and required reliable hosting to prevent updates and seasonal traffic from breaking anything.

We delivered a new, mobile-first WordPress build with a straightforward structure: who NFG serves, how Medicare Advantage/Supplement/Part D differ, and what to do next. Clear CTAs appear at natural decision points, featuring concise forms that capture only the necessary information to initiate a conversation. Copy and layout are designed to emphasize readability for the 65+ audience. We host and maintain the site with SSL, automated backups, updates, and monitoring, so pages stay fast and stable during enrollment spikes. Basic analytics track quote requests and calls to inform ongoing tweaks.
