Nonprofit Site that Clearly Communicates the Mission and Makes Donations Easy
Mustang Bon Foundation is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to preserving, revitalizing, and sustaining the Bön culture and sacred practices in Nepal’s Mustang Valley. Their mission centers on supporting Bön teachings in their indigenous setting through specific initiatives. Recent milestones include the opening of a temple in Nepal that will anchor a larger monastery complex. The foundation offers teachings, events, and courses, and shares updates on its work to safeguard this living tradition.
The Problem
The foundation needed a modern, trustworthy web presence that clearly explains the mission, makes it easy for supporters to donate online, and remains reliable during campaigns and high-traffic events. They also wanted a straightforward build that staff and volunteers could manage without the need for a full-time webmaster.
Our Approach
We designed and built a clear, mobile-first nonprofit site that leads with the mission and recent progress, with direct routes to “Donate” and “Events.” Donations are processed via PayPal for a familiar, low-friction checkout experience, and we have configured the setup to reflect our nonprofit status. We provide managed hosting with SSL, automated backups, updates, and monitoring so the site remains fast and dependable for global visitors. Ongoing support covers content edits, event postings, and small enhancements as programs evolve.
