The Problem
The credit union needed a modern website that clearly displayed essential information, including online banking sign-in, rates, loan options, branch/ATM locations, and how to join. The old flow buried key actions and didn’t feel great on mobile, leading to confusion and increased support calls.
Our Approach
We launched a clean, mobile-first WordPress site with a homepage built around member tasks: sign in, view rates, apply, or find a branch/ATM. We simplified navigation, created focused product pages, added clear CTAs, and organized disclosures so they’re easy to find. We optimized performance, strengthened security, and set up editor-friendly blocks, enabling the team to update rates and announcements in minutes.
