An Alumni Community that Runs Smoothly: Stable Hosting, Quick Support, Simple Membership
The River High School Alumni Association is a social organization dedicated to fostering, maintaining, and supporting a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the high school. The site serves as the official online community, featuring an alumni directory, news, and event information, including updates on Alumni Weekend and scholarship announcements. Membership tiers include Lifetime and Platinum options, with dues and donations supporting scholarships and school programs.
The Problem
They needed the website to stay online and responsive during membership pushes and event cycles, as well as someone to handle ticketed support for content updates, member list housekeeping, and small fixes without derailing volunteer time.
Our Approach
We provide managed hosting and ongoing ticket-based support, allowing the association to update membership information, event pages, and news without worrying about uptime. That includes SSL, backups, updates, and monitoring; quick edits to membership pages and forms; and light content assistance for recurring items, such as Alumni Weekend posts, scholarship notices, and donation pages.
