Dealer Site Kept Fast and Current with Inventory Sync, Maintenance, and Reliable Hosting

Mile High Car Company is a veteran-owned used car dealership serving Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, and Southern Colorado for 20+ years. They emphasize a straightforward and transparent buying experience, maintaining a broad inventory of SUVs, trucks, cars, and minivans, with vehicle history reports available on every unit.

The Problem

The dealership needed the public site and the inventory site to work together seamlessly: keep listings fresh, keep pages quick on mobile, and avoid outages during peak shopping windows. They also wanted routine site maintenance and a dependable break/fix lane so theme, plugin, or platform changes wouldn’t break inventory views, VDPs, or financing paths.

Our Approach

We provide managed hosting and ongoing site maintenance, including scheduled core, theme, and plugin updates with staging and regression checks before going live. The public site links cleanly into their inventory subdomain and financing flow, and we monitor this connection to ensure that inventory, pricing, and contact routes remain consistent. Break/fix support addresses template conflicts, inventory feed issues, and UI problems that may impact search, VDP pages, or credit application steps. Uptime monitoring, SSL, and automated backups ensure the site’s stability, while performance housekeeping keeps inventory and VDP pages responsive for shoppers.
