The Challenge
The site had several issues: an outdated design, poor mobile usability, and a subscription process that didn’t align with how people actually shop. For a customer base largely composed of older adults, the experience needed to be reliable and intuitive. Additionally, we had to meet the business needs while working within the technical limitations of WooCommerce.

Our Approach
We began with a comprehensive UX audit, followed by a redesign of core shopping flows based on real user behavior. Through multiple iterations with the client, we explored various checkout options, cart behaviors, and page structures to simplify the overall experience.
The interface features large fonts, clean layouts, and clear calls to action, all designed to support ease of use, particularly on mobile devices. Subscription tools and account management features were integrated through carefully chosen plugins, balancing business logic with platform constraints. The end result is a site that’s faster, easier to use, and better aligned with the client’s goal of driving recurring supplement sales.
