Supporting the Sports Community
NextLevel Bracket Boss was created to support and advance the local sports community groups. The mission is to promote, organize, and manage a range of sporting events throughout the community. The goal was to ensure seamless and effective event management with clear communication and organization.
The Problem
The primary objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive management system that would facilitate the creation and scheduling of events, streamline the registration process for participants, and track and record scores for each participant during the events. The client used paper and a Google Forms reporting system, indicating that they needed a more robust, entirely online system.
Our Approach
We created a comprehensive admin portal designed to cover a wide range of needs for competitions, current, and upcoming events. NextLevel Bracket Box Integrates:
- Score Tracking and User Profiles: A Robust tool for tracking scores, updating profiles with scores, notes, and tracking data.
- Payment Integration with Stripe
- Registration and Rosters: Schedules and Rosters for current and upcoming events, along with the ability to register directly on the platform.
- Admins are able to create events and send email notifications to encourage participant registrations.
- Admins can create schools, manage participants from each school, and schedule the lineup for competitions.
This system is broad enough to support any sporting event, however it is flexible enough to fit any need or age range.
